AM 99 is leading various Mega Projects in Gwadar. Project I “THE TABA” is spread over 70 acres land which is 300 m from main entrance and 2 km from new airport. Project is business cum tourist’s beach resort, 5&4 star hotels, service apartments, TABA education center industrial trade offices and residence. The Project II is a joint venture at Surbandar, Gwadar, Pakistan. 100 acres of area is being processed for town planning and tourist attractions.

Another mega Project III comprises the development, maintenance and operation of GDA Park. It will include mini theater, food court, exhibition and play areas, roof top Bar B Q, jogging track and gymnasium. One of its kind 15000 square feet business center is part of Project IV. It has all the major national and international corporate business hubs.
