Project is business cum tourist’s beach resort, 5&4 star hotels, service apartments, TABA education center industrial trade offices and residence. The Project II is a joint venture at Surbandar, Gwadar, Pakistan. 100 acres of area is being processed for town planning and tourist attractions.
